🔄 Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all parts included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it – for any reason and without a justification.
However, this right does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalized, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
For our products, which are made-to-order using 3D printing, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, unless the item is defective or not as described.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
