Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each chessboard is 3D printed and checked for quality before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
A flat shipping fee is added at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flaksc@icloud.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Photos of the damage may be required.
